GROUP TRAINING

Our studios are built around our Group Training programs. At Strong Youth Fitness athletes have an opportunity to participate in a variety of structured team based programs that focus on developing:

The ability to move the body in one direction as quickly as possible and possessing the skill to accelerate, decelerate and stabilize to change directions is a key element to developing athletes across all sports. A few ways this skill is developed is through.
Excelling in sports that require moves such as jumping, juking and throwing requires a special use of force and velocity. A few ways that this skill is nurtured and developed is through plyometrics training, advanced resistance training and weight training.
Athletes must develop balance, rhythm, spatial orientation and the ability to react to their environment. These are important motor skills that prevent injury and ensure optimal performance. The best athletes utilize great coordination to string together a combination of moves that make up compound moves like running and jumping.
Strength, power and posture are just a few of the benefits that older athletes get from properly supervised weight training.

PERSONAL COACHING

Personal and small group coaching can be effective for athletes with a specific goal and want to develop targeted skills in a smaller or 1:1 environment. Strong Youth Fitness provides personal coaching sessions for tryout preparation, gameplanning, targeted skill development and much more.

CAMPS

You don’t want to miss one of our Saturday morning bootcamps. They’re a great way to end the week and develop a specialized skill, build strength and be inspired by your peers. These camps are available to all registered Strong athletes at a special rate.

In addition to our Saturday bootcamp, we host special seasonal camps over extended schools breaks like summer, fall and winter break.
